Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 10, 2025

This Privacy Policy is issued by SAH GOOD GROUP LLC, doing business as ("DBA") TryTheFit AI ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). It explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information about users of our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Scope

This Policy applies to the Services provided by TryTheFit AI. Third parties integrated with our Services (e.g., payment processors, authentication providers, infrastructure vendors, and image-generation providers) have their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their privacy notices.

Controller & Contact

SAH GOOD GROUP LLC is the data controller for personal information processed in connection with the Services. If you have questions or wish to exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@trythefit.ai.

Information We Collect

We collect information in these ways:

  • Directly from you: account and contact information (e.g., name, email), content you upload (e.g., photos of models and garments), and communications with us.
  • Automatically: device and usage data (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs), session information, and general log data. We use cookies and similar technologies to support core functionality (e.g., authentication).
  • From third parties: authentication providers and service partners may provide basic profile details or service-related information when you connect or use their features.
  • Payments: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services.
  • Authenticate users and maintain sessions.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Generate AI try-on images and deliver outputs you request.
  • Provide customer support and communicate service updates.
  • Protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

For users in the EEA/UK, our legal bases include performance of a contract (to provide the Services), legitimate interests (e.g., service security, support), compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required (e.g., certain marketing or optional features).

Images, Processing & Storage

  • Uploaded content: You may upload model photos and garment images to generate try-on outputs. We store these files with our storage provider and process them to deliver the Services.
  • Third-party processing: We use an image-generation provider to create outputs from your inputs. Your images are transmitted to that provider solely to generate outputs you request.
  • Access controls: We implement technical and organizational measures to limit access to uploaded and generated content. Generated outputs are delivered using access controls such as time-limited signed URLs or equivalent safeguards.
  • Model training: We do not use your uploaded images or outputs to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to support essential functions (e.g., authentication and session management) and to improve the Services. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. If we implement analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will provide appropriate notices and choices where required.

Sharing & Disclosures

We share information with:

  • Service providers processing data on our behalf to operate the Services, including:• Supabase (authentication)• Stripe (payment processing)• Fashn.ai (image generation)• Hosting/CDN providers
  • Authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • In connection with a corporate transaction (e.g., merger, acquisition, or asset sale), subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

International Transfers

We may transfer, store, and process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect personal information in cross-border transfers.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. In general, account information is retained while your account is active; uploaded and generated content is retained until you delete it or your account is closed, unless a longer retention is required by law or for legitimate business needs (e.g., security, fraud prevention).

Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
