To use TryTheFit AI, you must:

TryTheFit AI is designed for:

You agree not to:

  • Upload or generate illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
  • Use the platform to create misleading, fake, or deceptive imagery.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise exploit the AI technology.
  • Violate any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Use automated bots, scripts, or hacks to manipulate the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All AI-generated outputs, software, trademarks, and branding belong to TryTheFit AI. Users retain rights to their uploaded clothing images but grant us a license to process them for AI-generated outputs.

6. AI Output & Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated try-ons may not be perfect. TryTheFit AI is not responsible for discrepancies in clothing appearance, color accuracy, or digital rendering issues.

7. Account Management

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. We may restrict or terminate access if accounts engage in unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

8. Payment & Subscription

Some features require a paid plan. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date.

9. Privacy & Data Usage

We do not sell or share your personal data. Uploaded images are processed only for try-on purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Service Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. TryTheFit AI is not responsible for service interruptions or unforeseen technical issues.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of TryTheFit AI. Use the service at your own risk.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of TryTheFit AI after any changes means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
